Teen Manga Club at the Lantana Branch Library

The Lantana Branch Library is hosting a manga club for teens this Saturday, February 16th at 2:00 p.m. Talk about all things Manga and Anime, enjoy Manga-related crafts, and watch Anime episodes. Snacks provided. Ages 12-17. (90 min.) Preregister at the branch or call (561) 304-4500.

Interview with the Vampire: Claudia’s Story

You all remember Anne Rice’s hit novel Interview with the Vampire, right? Or at least you remember that intoxicating movie from the 90s with Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise. Ashley Marie Witter has adapted Rice’s original story in order to retell the tale through the eyes of the supporting character Claudia, the child vampire sired by Lestat.

Claudia’s Story begins when she is reborn as a vampire and explores her thoughts and schemes through beautifully drawn, manga-style, sepia tone images.

Mixed Vegetables
